EXERCISE: this is something that I have just started scheduling into my week. I can not believe the difference in how I feel physically AND mentally. I am sorry to say it has taken me this many years to finally accept that this is a discipline that is NOT optional if I want my life to be the Best it can be.. I encourage you all to do this for YOURSELF..Try taking a brisk walk several times a week.. Find what works for you.
MEDITATION: Taking just a small amount of time each day to meditate on God's Word or something positive will result in very POSITIVE results. Remember What you put into your mind comes out in your life...
