I love to scrap book and late last year I was introduced to the world of Art Journaling. This has been a life changing experience for me. It is a great outlet for me to release everything that is bottled up. It also helps me work through challenges that I am facing by clearing my mind as I work. I will be uploading a slide show of my work with in the next few days. Tell me what YOU use as a creative outlet?

I'm so excited about the ABC's of Me Art Journaling too Susan, I didn't do it last year, but I definitely think it will be good for me!!! Lovin' your blog....Would you mind if I hooked your blog to mine :)
ReplyDeleteI want to do this so bad...it kills me but I just do not know what to start with?? I keep getting lost...I mean its not a notebook and not an 8X8 album so what the heck do I start with??
ReplyDeleteCards tend to be my biggest creative outlet. I make em and mail em to those I love.
